Processing Time

 

• Ready-to-Ship Items: Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipment.
• Customized Orders: Custom items may require up to 10–14 business days to complete, depending on the level of embellishment and sourcing. (Please refer to your custom request email)

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery

 

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
• We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number for updates or to file a claim.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Embellish & Co is not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
